Tempura snails parsley puree, tomato confit, fromage blanc

Absolutely beautiful plate, smelling of wonderful garlic!

La Viande

Braised Slagel Farms waygu tri-tip spaetzle, pearl onion ragout, burgundy truffle.

Really good. Sue even ate the mushrooms - willingly! Great spaetzle!
